My name is Abidemi Aremu, and I hail from Nigeria. I began my graduate journey nearly a decade after completing my undergraduate studies in 2012 from the prestigious University of Calabar, Nigeria where I studied Marine Geology. I delayed my Grad. Studies to focus on my family and work. Everyone I worked with matched my drive in the marine industry. My desire and sparkle were to further my education and prove to myself that I have the skills to realize my dreams, while also setting a positive example for those that come behind me. I chose soil biogeochemistry because I am fascinated when I think about soil. It is what man and terrestrial animals are made from. It is the medium where their survival food grows and is their dwelling place and their final resting place after death. I have a great interest in sports and always enjoyed nature, travel, exploring, and learning about new places.
